How is my Diet (Will Pick Best Answer)?

Very good. I just feel like you aren't taking in enough calories to suit an active lifestyle (not enough calories for a workout every day), but that's just my opinion. I eat 7 meals a day—a small meal every 2.5 hours. Lay off the bread if trying to lose weight, but it sounds like you're a pretty skinny guy.
