Is there any medication that i can use for my ingrowin toe nail?

I have an ingrowin toe nail,i had the nail removed in december..it grew back and still ingrowin.its so painful that i cnt evn wear closed shoes,its winter in my country and um suffering,if u knw of anythin that cud help please...um desperate
