How much time can a person get in the state of alaska for child molestation if they are a first time offender?

unsure if this evn happend... right now its the little girls word against his there are no witnesses of this crime.. i dnt kno the girl very well so i cant tell if shes lieing or not...if shes not then she deserves justice
