NEED Help thinking of an Alibi . . .?

OK, plz don't judge me. I have a baby w/ this guy and he is my boyfirend and he is an absolute jerk and I have met this other guy who treats me and my son like angels!! I have tried to break up w/ the baby's dad but he is a little violent at times and says don't evn think about breaking up with me it wont happen. BUT ANYWAY!! My point is, Im about to go hang out w/ the NICE guy, but the babys dad might ask where I have been when I get back.. Any suggestions? Nothing empty like the mall or anything, he isn't going ot believe that. I don't have a car :/ THANKS!!!!
