What should I do im stuck in a difficult situation?

Im stuck in this whole complex stupid relationship thing here. The guy I had a crush, i say had because i cant anymore because I found out my best friend is going out with him, and she really loves him, and she always talks about him and she kind of knows my feelings for him but im there for her and she trusts me but i cant deny my feelings for him and its really hard, and then her ex boyfriend gets a crush on me, and now we are going out and hes my boyfriend and i love him evn though we have only have known each other for a few days and only talk on facebook, but he still loves her, she was his first kiss, and shes always living at his house and they are REALLY close, im not the jealous type but its getting hard, im scared he is going to cheat on me but my friend is in love with my old crush, and i also found out she might have cancer, but everyone at school is finding out we are going out and its getting really annoying, and when my best friend found out she was really pissed i tried to clear it out but idk, and the guy i had a crush on my friends secret boyfrien hates my boyfriends guts the two guys want to see each other dead and when he finds out we are going out he is going to be furious because he is also one of my really good friends and everythings going to be wierd with all of us and its getting worse and I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO..also i never get to see my boyfriend and my parents cant know about it not that its a bad thing, and his sister just passed and hes going through a really hard time and so am i..how can we get togethor and where.. i live in durham and he lives in somersworth HELP!!!???
