Why does my hamster have a large Bubble on its stomach?

my dwarf hamster peaches has a large bubble taking up the left side of her stomach. Peaches has not been on her wheel since the bubble appeared. The ''bubble" is soft and squishy.PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
