My girlfriend has 'peach fuzz' on her upper lip... How do I tell her?

She is a redhead so the hair on her upper lip is barely visible but still I would want someone to tell me if I was a girl. We have talked about it before but it's a really sketchy thing to bring up. She is very self-conscious about her appearance.
