Car Totaled in river, Possible Fees?

wow that really sucks, I dont think tow trucks come under emergency services ace. IM hoping your friend has a good insurance plan or at least a triple AAA card, and the car vanished too, well its hard to prove it enven happened. since its gone. I hope your friend is ok I would think you could classify that as a worst possible scenario for one day.
