How can i get one of my dogs to stop barking at family/visitors/friends?

i have a cocker and he will not stop barking at anyone that knocks on the door he has evn bit 2 of my cousin and 1 of my friends and now were at the point were people just have to walk in now and that can be dangerous at times. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!
