How can I lose at least 3 lbs. a week, for 9 months?
I really want to get down to at least 150-160ish, I'm 5'8, I am aware that I'm obese, so don't start all kinds of 'fat a**' crap, please. Anyway, I have calculated if I lose at lease 3 lbs a week, over 9 months, I could possibly get to me desired weight. I know I'm going to have to change my diet, I DO NOT like any veggies except potatoes, green beans, corn, and lettuce, I like most fruit, except mango, coconut, peaches, cantoloupe(?) , I don't eat fish, I don't eat tomatoes I can't stand the way they smell, I don't eat beans, I don't like rice, olives freak me out. I love chicken, and if I bake it, will it be better for me? Keep all this info in mind while answering. C:
