Sometimes while im dreaming ill notice im dreaming and be able to control it a little but after a a couple of seconds it starts to become fake and i just wake up from it. How can I make the lucidity(is that evn a word??) last longer and be more real. Also how do i make dreams more vivid to the point where they feel real and I remember most details when I wake up...and i mean without pills lol
